STSF has just begun its journey and is steadily creating its space in a new era of development, one that emphasizes self-sustainable, business-oriented models. We have strategically chosen to start our operations in Uttar Pradesh, with plans to gradually expand to Jharkhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and other regions across India.
Our primary focus is on building the capacities of youth and delivering meaningful services to communities. STSF also strives to bridge service providers and service seekers through digital platforms. In addition, we support and mentor organizations to build strong, capable institutions that can independently drive development efforts. At the core of our work is a commitment to promoting models that are financially sustainable and not reliant on external funding. To summarize:
