We collaborate with training institutions and Trainers and help the Government, Non-Government Organizations, Private Companies, CSRs, and Donors to design and conduct training-related projects.
- Organize and facilitate management training for decision-makers
- Organize and facilitate training for organization/project team on Team Building, Leadership development
- Build the capacity of human resources tailored to the needs of the projects.
- Create a pool of trainers on different development themes
- Organize and facilitate thematic training of government functionaries, private agencies
- Develop capacity building strategy and help in strategic implementation
- Prepare capacity building manual and report
- Training Need Assessment (TNA) for organizations, project teams, and Youth volunteers
