Sagar Anand, is an established and certified Career Counsellor in Uttar Pradesh and his highly qualified for this job. He has completed M. Tech in Computational Mechanics from Technical University of Dresden, Germany followed by one year PF Diploma in Psychological Counselling from Symbiosis University as well as MBTI Certification from CPP Australia. He has worked from 2013-2017 as Career Counsellor in SRM University, Lucknow in the Mechanical Department. He has also worked from 2018-2019 as Career Counsellor and Operations Manager for Career in Book Publishing House Kriti Prakashan, Lucknow. Since 2019, he is running his own career counselling business named “CareerKul” in Lucknow for online and offline Career Guidance. Last academic year in 2024-25, he worked with UNICEF for training nodal teachers to guide students and also visited schools for student guidance and Teacher training in UP under Samagra Sikhsha Abhiyan.
