Engagements typically run up to a year, depending on scope. This can be for less duration if nature of tasks is small and onetime.

We don’t have fixed consultancy because our support areas vary depends on requirement of NGOs.

We have different options of support to NGOs – we also provide consultancy services as mentioned above and also technical assistance to implement revenue based social program to create monthly corpus for future.

We have specialised team, expert in content writing, MEL framework development, creatives designing and managing social media, managing HRM software portal, doing funding research, and many more.

No — we start from the basics. The AI training is designed for complete beginners and builds up from there.

The program is conducted online. We do offline only for those who are from Lucknow and adjoining districts.

A new batch starts once we have at least 25 students. One batch runs for three months. We do online sessions every week, 3-4 hours for career guidance, 2 hours for life skill, and 1.5 hours for AI tools.

One-time registration fee of ₹100, followed by different options. You can opt anyone depends on your requirement and interest. Duration of each program is three months.

₹900 for career guidance program (₹300/month).
₹1,200 for Career guidance and AI or Life skill training (₹400/month).
₹1,500 for career guidance, AI training and Life skill training (₹500/month).

Career pathways, confidence, life skills, knowledge and skill of use of various AI tools, many free bonuses, and certificate of completion.

Because they have significant demographic presence, energy and enthusiasm, we are trying to address unemployment, and to prevent distress migration, they are quick learners and adaptable, and they can utilize leisure time for social good.

We welcome enthusiastic and motivated youths who are passionate about community service and social change. The eligibility criteria for becoming a Mobilizer are:

• Open to both male and female youth who are eager to contribute to meaningful initiatives.
• Age group: 20 to 40 years, ensuring a dynamic and energetic volunteer force.
• Graduates are encouraged to apply, but undergraduates with community-based work experience may also be considered.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence for mobility.
• Access to a smartphone for communication and coordination is mandatory.
• Should possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with communities and stakeholders.
• Most importantly, youths who are driven by the desire to create a positive impact—not only for themselves but also for their community.

If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, follow these simple steps to become a part of our Mobilizer network:

1. 1. Contact Us – Reach out to us at the provided telephone number to express your interest in joining.
2. 2. Online Interview – If there is a vacancy and you meet the selection criteria; we schedule an online interview conducted by our expert panel.
3. 3. Field Immersion and interest Assessment – Once selected by the panel, Mobilizers attend a structured field immersion to gain firsthand insights into ground realities through direct community interactions. Their passion and commitment to their task get assessed during this process. Mobilizer, who lack enthusiasm, commitment, or alignment with community ethos may be disqualified.
4. 4. Signing of Contract – Once selected, the Mobilizer sign an engagement contract with us through a formal contract letter.
5. 5. Registration – After signing the contract, you are guided to visit our website, complete the registration form, and pay a nominal online registration fee.
6. 6. Confirmation – Once the payment is processed, you receive a confirmation message, officially welcoming you as a Mobilizer. He/ She receive a welcome video, completing the enrolment process.

As a mobilizer, you will be assigned a cluster of villages and academic institutions, preferably near your place of residence, where you will carry out designated tasks. To ensure your success, we provide comprehensive orientation training, continuous handholding support, and guidance to help you effectively fulfil your responsibilities.

While this is not a traditional job-based employment, Mobilizers receive a deliverable based monthly honorarium determined depends on their capacity, efforts, and time spent in the engagement.

Mobilizers get engaged for a fixed duration based on the need of the organization, with the possibility of renewal depending on the performance, the organization's mandate.
