STSF has just begun its journey and is steadily creating its space in a new era of development, one that emphasizes self-sustainable, business-oriented models. We have strategically chosen to start our operations in Uttar Pradesh, with plans to gradually expand to Jharkhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and other regions across India.

Our primary focus is on building the capacities of youth and delivering meaningful services to communities. STSF also strives to bridge service providers and service seekers through digital platforms. In addition, we support and mentor organizations to build strong, capable institutions that can independently drive development efforts. At the core of our work is a commitment to promoting models that are financially sustainable and not reliant on external funding. To summarize:

We dream of enhancing the lives of poor and marginalized women and excluded sections of society by encouraging, strengthening, and organizing them to actively participate in their own development.

We work with Government, Non-Government Organizations, Trusts, Academia, Training Institutions, Corporate Social Responsibilities, Funder etc. Established by a team of seasoned professionals from diverse sectors, we are a service-driven platform offering a diverse range of solutions tailored to the needs of various clients in the social development & Corporate Social Responsibility space.

Projects under Youth Empowerment

The projects under Youth empowerment have been designed based on a need assessment exercise, though it is not rolled out in the ground. The process and system to implement the projects are getting finalized.

Goal of Education projects is to provide students with opportunities for career growth by equipping them with relevant knowledge and skills. This service specifically targets rural students studying in secondary schools and colleges, helping them navigate their academic and professional journeys. Service support includes Infrastructure, subject knowledge, personality development, career guidance, computer skill, etc.

Health,Nutrition & Wash

Aim of Health, Nutrition and WASH projects strive to raise awareness about good practices related to health, nutrition, sanitation and personal hygiene and ensure easy access to health, nutrition and hygiene and sanitary products at the doorstep. This initiative is designed for adolescent girls and women in rural areas, promoting better health, nutrition and hygiene practices.

Objective of Livelihood projects is to educate and provide guidance individuals on various investment options, eligible families on social security schemes and families on farming and other livelihood opportunities and empowering them to secure their financial future. SBCC

Rural Internship

We facilitate immersive rural exposure programs for professionals, students, and development practitioners. These experiences foster a deeper understanding of grassroots realities, local innovations, and challenges, strengthening inclusive and context-driven solutions.

Wildlife conservation

We collaborate with conservation organizations, government agencies, and local communities to protect biodiversity and promote sustainable wildlife conservation practices. Our initiatives focus on habitat preservation, community engagement, and policy advocacy.

Project implementation

We provide end-to-end project implementation support, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation. Our expertise ensures efficient, impactful, and scalable solutions tailored to the needs of governments, NGOs, and development agencies.

Youth Empowerment

Journeys and Achievements

We began our journey in 2025 and are still in the early stages, steadily progressing toward our vision and mission.

We have started our limited operation in selected geography of Uttar Pradesh which will be expanded over the period of time. We also simultaneously exploring the possibilities to work in other states Jharkhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, etc.
