Chandan Pratik is a distinguished wildlife expert, conservationist, photographer, and educationist with a strong commitment to wildlife conservation and environmental education. A former Honourable Wildlife Warden of Katerniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary, he has actively contributed to wildlife awareness through photography exhibitions, particularly engaging and educating school children. His photographs have been selected by the Government of Uttar Pradesh and featured on the cover of the Forest Department’s coffee table book. He has also led bird species counting initiatives at Dudhwa and Pilibhit Tiger Reserves, contributing to the understanding and conservation of avian biodiversity. An Agriculture graduate from Banaras Hindu University and alumnus of IMB, Bhubaneswar, Chandan continues to inspire conservation through knowledge, leadership, and visual storytelling.
