Building a Healthy, Nourished, and Educated Community through Collaborative Approach

Our mission is to equip young individuals with skills, integrate them into the mainstream society, and empower them as “Change Agents” dedicated to community transformation. We offer educated youths, teachers of private academic and professional institutes, professionals and like-minded NGOs to work with us and help us to provide quality and affordable services to different target population including students, farmers, and families to provide and generate income across any districts of India.

We identify, train and engage them to mobilize beneficiaries to seek different services from academic institutes, professional/management institutes, as well as urban, semi urban and rural areas. Everyone ensures that the beneficiaries know about the service charge and also pay on time as per standard payment protocol.

The different approaches and pathways work well in one district across India if, following three criteria are fulfilled.

  • Local support from administration and other support system received,
  • At-least 12-15 committed educated youths, including teachers of private academic institutions are identified,
  • Community’s ability and agreed to pay service charge.

We designate these educated youths and teachers as SThree Facilitators (STF). We also identify and engage like-minded NGOs (one NGO-one District) to work with us across India.

We identify, train and engage educated youths to provide services to different targeted audiences (mentioned in the service tab). We adopt this approach because of

  • Significant Demographic Presence: Youth, both male and female, constitute majority of the total population, making them a powerful force for social change.
  • High Energy and Enthusiasm: Young individuals are naturally energetic, motivated, and eager to engage in meaningful activities that contribute to their personal growth and community development.
  • Addressing Unemployment: A large proportion of youth remain unemployed, and engaging them in volunteerism provides them with skills, experience, and a sense of purpose.
  • Preventing Distress Migration: Due to limited opportunities in villages, many youths are compelled to migrate to cities, where they often end up in low-paying labor jobs with little scope for advancement. By involving them in local initiatives, we create alternatives that help retain talent in rural areas.
  • Quick Learners and Adaptable: Youth have a strong capacity to learn and adapt quickly, making them effective in acquiring new skills and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Utilizing Leisure Time for Social Good: Many young people have spare time, which, when channelled into constructive activities, benefits both their personal development and the well-being of their communities.
Who are eligible?

We welcome enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about community service and social change. The eligibility criteria for educated youths to work with us are:

  • Young individuals residing in urban, rural, or semi-urban areas.
  • Open to both male and female youth who are eager to work for this initiative.
  • Age group: 20 to 40 years, ensuring a dynamic and energetic volunteer force.
  • Graduates are encouraged to apply, but undergraduates with community-based work experience may also be considered.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence for mobility.
  • Access to a smartphone for communication and coordination is mandatory.

We do formal partnership with potential and like-minded academic institutions especially High school, Inter college, and Degree college. We train and engage one nodal female teacher to provide services to different targeted audiences (mentioned in the service tab). We adopt this approach because of

  • Strong Teacher-Student Bond: Teachers naturally build trust and meaningful relationships with their students. As a result, students are more likely to listen to and follow the guidance provided by their teachers.
  • No Need for Random Mobilization: Female students who require menstrual hygiene services, AI training, or career guidance can be easily reached through their educational institutions. Parents can also be informed and encouraged to avail these services.
  • Additional Income Opportunity: Teachers in private educational institutions often receive limited salaries. This initiative provides an opportunity for them to earn supplementary income and support their families.
  • Enhanced Institutional Reputation: As students benefit from these services, their academic performance, confidence, and overall personality development may improve, contributing to a stronger reputation for the institution.
  • Quick Learners and Adaptable: Students possess a strong ability to learn, adapt, and embrace new skills, making them highly effective participants in training and development programs.

We do formal partnership with potential and like-minded NGOs. We train and engage existing team of NGOs to provide services to different targeted audiences (mentioned in the service tab) in their preferred locations and geographies. We prefer to do partnership with one NGO for one district only. We adopt this approach because of

  • Strong Community Rapport: NGOs often work closely with communities over extended periods, building trust and strong relationships. This makes it easier for them to mobilize individuals and families to access various social development services.
  • Alternative Revenue Opportunity: Many NGOs are currently facing challenges in securing external funding due to increasing legal and compliance requirements. A revenue-based social development service model can help them generate sustainable income and continue serving their communities effectively.
  • Additional Income for NGOs: Existing NGO teams can actively mobilize beneficiaries for services, creating new revenue streams. This additional income can support organizational operations and help keep staff and volunteers motivated and engaged.
