Brahmi farming services
Target audiences: Any interested farmers having one earning members
Importance of services: NMPB classifies Brahmi among high-trade medicinal plants (2000–5000 MT annually). India is a major producer, but Brahmi is still a niche medicinal crop. ~500 to 2,000 farmers across India are doing Brahmi farming.
Define the services: We have designed a comprehensive service package on Brahmi farming for any interested farmers, committed to do Brahmi farming in minimum half acre and have irrigation facility on their land. These services are designed with aim to increase the agriculture income of farmers.

Land preparation: Guide the farmers to prepare their land as per preliminary requirement after mixing of fertilizers and pesticides.

Quality seeds procurement: Help the farmers to procure quality seeds first time in order to avoid compromise with higher yield. Financial support partially to those farmers, not having capacity to do higher investment for seeds procurement.

Training and exposure: Train the farmers on site and off site and also coordinate for their exposure to farmers doing Brahmi farming since last more than 3-4 years.

Technical guidance: Provide technical guidance to farmers for sowing, irrigation, weeding, harvesting, drying and packing of final products.

Marketing: Ensure marketing of farmer’s product with pre-decided rate and signed agreement.
Service charge: The farmers are required to pay one-time non-refundable registration fees of Rs. 100 only. In addition to this, farmers are required to pay 10% of total net profits after every harvesting
