Importance of services: 15–21 years is a key phase for exploring interests, strengths, and future career directions. Most of the students lack awareness of opportunities outside traditional fields (engineer/doctor/lawyer). Despite increasing enrolment in higher education, students lack clarity about career pathways, limited exposure to emerging industries and roles, minimal structured career counselling in institutions, teachers are not equipped to provide career guidance, and students make uninformed career decisions, leading to underemployment. Surveys show a rising demand for career guidance services in India.

In today’s rapidly evolving job market, academic knowledge alone is insufficient to ensure successful career outcomes. While undergraduate and graduate students receive structured curriculum-based education, there remains a significant gap in career awareness, decision-making, and employability readiness.

Define the services: We have designed a 3 months comprehensive service package on career guidance for under graduate and graduate students across India. These services are designed with aim to enable students to make informed career decisions and improve employability outcomes through

• Special session: Providing structured, scheduled weekly online career guidance sessions to students, and improving their awareness of career pathways and opportunities.
• Live broadcast session with Career experts: Help them to listen talks with career experts on monthly basis and get the inputs to grow in career.
• Progress mapping: Periodical assessment of progress and challenges of each student.
• Doubt clarity session: Student may call to career counsellor / coach on one-to-one basis and clear their doubt and enhance their confidence, and goal setting.

Service charge: The students are required to pay one-time non-refundable registration fees of Rs. 100 only. In addition to this, they are also required to pay service charge of Rs. 750 only for three months @ Rs. 250 only every month to get above mentioned services.
