Building a Healthy, Nourished, and Educated Community through Youth Voluntarism

Our mission is to equip young individuals with skills, integrate them into the mainstream society, and empower them as “Change Agents” dedicated to community transformation. The Youth Empowerment vertical is driven by a committed group of local youth volunteers who are passionate about serving society and fostering meaningful social change.

  • Significant Demographic Presence: Youth, both male and female, constitute majority of the total population, making them a powerful force for social change.
  • High Energy and Enthusiasm: Young individuals are naturally energetic, motivated, and eager to engage in meaningful activities that contribute to their personal growth and community development.
  • Addressing Unemployment: A large proportion of youth remain unemployed, and engaging them in volunteerism provides them with skills, experience, and a sense of purpose.
  • Preventing Distress Migration: Due to limited opportunities in villages, many youths are compelled to migrate to cities, where they often end up in low-paying labor jobs with little scope for advancement. By involving them in local initiatives, we create alternatives that help retain talent in rural areas.
  • Quick Learners and Adaptable: Youth have a strong capacity to learn and adapt quickly, making them effective in acquiring new skills and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Utilizing Leisure Time for Social Good: Many young people have spare time, which, when channeled into constructive activities, benefits both their personal development and the well-being of their communities.

We welcome enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about community service and social change. The eligibility criteria for becoming a youth volunteer are:

  • Young individuals residing in rural or semi-urban areas of our targeted districts.
  • Open to both male and female youth who are eager to contribute to meaningful initiatives.
  • Age group: 20 to 40 years, ensuring a dynamic and energetic volunteer force.
  • Graduates are encouraged to apply, but undergraduates with community-based work experience may also be considered.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence for mobility.
  • Access to a smartphone for communication and coordination is mandatory.
  • Should possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with communities and stakeholders.
  • Most importantly, individuals who are driven by the desire to create a positive impact—not only for themselves but also for their community.

If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, follow these simple steps to become a part of our volunteer network:
